Helgeson - Descaling System for NORM Waste

The descaling system offered by Helgeson is designed specifically for the removal of scales from pipes and metallic equipment in the oil and gas industry. The system operates using high-pressure water jets of up to 1400 bar, effectively cleaning and removing scales without the need for chemicals, which simplifies water treatment and disposal. It features a fully automated process requiring only supervision, and a manual cleaning booth is available for operations that require meticulous human intervention. The system's portable nature allows it to be deployed to various sites, facilitating extensive cleaning campaigns. It accommodates tubulars measuring 2 to 5 inches in diameter, extendable up to 14 inches, and lengths ranging from 5 to 11 meters, upgradable to 14 meters. Additionally, it offers a closed-loop water treatment system, preventing the generation of contaminated liquid waste. High pressure pumps used in the system have a rate pressure of 1400 bar and operate at a power of 132 kW on a 380V/50Hz 3-phase supply.
