AMUT - High Friction Pre-Washer
The high friction on the surface of the bottles allows to remove in a very short time both labels and surface dirt, which are separated through a grid capable to eliminate also inert materials such as: sand, glass, stones, small-sized metals. The residence time in the treatment is presettable, as well as the filling level of the machine which operates continuously. Washing water draining out of the washer is collected and filtered, in order to be reused more times and its quality is kept constant by the regular top up of the waste water coming from the flakes washing process. If required by the quality of the processed bottles, recirculation water can be heated and conditioned by chemical detergents.
Suitable to be installed in the washing process of the plastic bottles for removing labels, organic residuals, paper, surface dirt. Especially designed for the PET bottles washing plants.
