AdvantaSil - Model APHP -High Pressure Unreinforced Silicone Tubing
AdvantaSil High Pressure silicone tubing is designed for Single-Use applications where increased flow rates are essential. It finds utility in TFF, virus filtration, inline integrity testing of filtration assemblies, and high volume fluid transfer. The tubing is platinum-cured and translucent, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective performance. Rigorous testing has been conducted to meet USP Class VI, FDA CFR 177.2600, ISO 10993, European Pharmacopoeia 3.1.9 standards among others. Extensive testing has followed the BPOG standardized extractables protocol, performed by an accredited third-party lab. Important specifications include its burst pressure and vacuum capabilities, which vary depending on treatment. The recommended cutting method requires the use of a chevron style cutter at a precise angle to ensure clean cuts. Notably, this tubing is not suitable for implantation or continuous steam applications. AdvantaSil High Pressure is packaged in double-bagged, heat-sealed polybags and is available in coils of standard lengths, with custom lengths available by special order.AdvantaSil® High Pressure silicone tubing is a high quality, cost effective solution designed for increased flow rates to reduce your processing time. AdvantaSil High Pressure is the optimal choice for Single-Use applications such as TFF, virus filtration, inline integrity testing of filtration assemblies, and high volume fluid transfer.
