Highly Wear-Resistant Coated Screw Conveyors

Our highly wear-resistant coated screw conveyors are powder-coated and find application where maximum wear resistance is required. For the coating, we use powder-form, self-fluxing, high quality metal alloys which have the appropriate compound of carbon, tungsten, carbides, chromium, boron, silicone and nickel. The alloy is fused with the rolled augers by means of a thermal sintering process.
