Horizontal Baling machines
Through years of experience and development with our previous models we are now able to present three new models within the full automatic horizontal baling machines. The baling machines are designed to form, fill and seal bales in polyethylene from a reel. Depending on the baling machine model, bale size and product type, a capacity of 6 bales per minute can be reached on one machine.
Main features of the new balers
Temperature controlled welding system that saves teflon and seal band and furthermore gives a superior precision and safe result when controlling the use of heat.Siemens touch screen panel for easy and user friendly interface. The user is able to monitor all the machine progress on the touch screen, and thereby have a good overview of the production. The touch screen shows if an error occurs and where the error is. Thereby the user can easily solve the problem and have minimal downtime.
A lower noise level and smoother operation is aquired in the new baler. The improvement gives better working conditions.
With the new horizontal baling machine the bales achieve perfect shape.
The machine is very suitable for wood shavings, wood chips, chipped straw and alike.
