The model F1UUU FCO/F is a packaging machine that is an upshot of experience and ongoings research made for upgrading our products. This packaging machine has been projected to fulfill the needs of even the most demanding customers while maintaining the simple construction and ease of use that has always been a part of the Essegi product line. The F1000 FCO has been designed to work with several different types of film and with different batching and weighing systems. This sort of versatility allows the customers to work with many different kinds of products: salt, detergent, pet food, granules, seeds etc. The version F1000 FCO is extremely suitable for packing wood pellet. The welding system is temperature controlled and saves teflon and seal band and furthermore it gives a superior precision and safe result when controlling the use of heat. Pneumatic bag vibrator is used to settle the product and for better filling when required.

The automatic packaging machines, Altair and Polaris, join the high quality of packaging in a tubular bag with a high production capacity. These characteristics make the packaging machines ideal to be used in several fields as petrochemical, fertilizers, animal food etc. The wide range of accessories as corner sealers, film gnsseting units, bag month cleaning system, air suction in side the bag, etc, allow to satisfy different product requirements. Option: A hydraulic lifting device to lift the heavy plastic rolls directly from the ground. Thereby the changing of the foil is performed easily and in a verv short time.

TheNachi LP 130 and LP 180 are specifically designed for palletizing and depalletizing of boxes and bags in demanding, industrial environments. The robots come with a software which simplifies programming lor palletizing operations. A backbone program to identify the pick up position and drop off pallet position is all what the programmer has to program as the rest is calculated by the palletizing software running in the robot controller.

Through years of experience and development with our previous models we are now able to present three new models within the full automatic horizontal baling machines. The baling machines are designed to form, fill and seal bales in polyethylene from a reel. Depending on the baling machine model, bale size and product type, a capacity of 6 bales per minute can be reached on one machine.
