ZhongHan - Model ZH -Horizontal Mud Agitator and Vertical Mud Agitator for Mud Tank

Horizontal Mud Agitator and Vertical Mud Agitator is a part of solid control system, which is mainly used in agitating and blending drilling fluid so as to control the deposition of solid particles in the recycling system and keep the mud property of circulation stable and mixture uniform.

Horizontal Mud Agitator and Vertical Mud Agitator is an efficient mud mixing machine. Through customized size and configuration, it can meet the requirements of different types of mud tanks.

The agitator is installed on the top of the mud tank, and all layers of impellers sink into the mud. The stirring shaft and the motor are connected through a coupling. The selection of agitator should consider tank size, depth, and mud parameters. Generally speaking, single-layer impellers are used for 11kw and above, and double-layer impellers for 11kw and above. It depends on site usage or customer requirements.

This device consists of explosion–proof motor, reducer, base and impellers.

Rigid shaft adapters are used in the connection of reducer to motor, and the reducer to impellers.

The impellers agitate the fluid and make it revolve to enforce the stirring effect. The dual-layer impellers can be disassembled.

The blades are welded to a plate with the angle of 45º. The plate is connected to the impeller shaft by flange with bolts. The upper layer can be assembled if necessary. The plate jammed in blades also can prevent solids particles in mud from depositing around the lower blades and reduce the friction force moment at starting caused by deposits and protect the motor at the starting moment.
