Factair - Model F6102 -HP Inline Monitoring System

The F6102 high pressure breathing air monitoring system works in conjunction with the F6100 Safe-Air Monitor. It is designed to be installed in line between the HP compressor(s) and the charging whips / storage cylinders. The F6100 constantly monitors the supply from the HP compressor(s) and whilst it is within the requirements of EN12021 (or selected standard) the diverting valve inside the module allows air to be supplied to the charging whips / storage cylinders. If the air quality exceeds the limits specified in the selected breathing air standard then a signal from the F6100 automatically diverts the HP supply to atmosphere through a pressure maintaining valve and silencer. At the same time a visual status indicator will change from green to red.
