Husmann - Model HFZ V -Fine Shredder
The Husmann Fine Shredder HFZ is applicable for pre-crushed materials. The material is fed into the hopper by a short infeed belt and conveyed to the rotor. The infeed belt operates load-dependent as overload protection. The high-speed rotor with pendulum mounted hammers works over a breaker bar. The comminuted material can be discharged by conveyor belts or into a bunker. The machine can be equipped with a variety of finest screens, thereby reaching output qualities of 5 up to 10 mm. The special shedding technology, hammer and screen design guarantee feinest comminution results.
Especially for the Fine Shredding of Wood Waste Husmann company has developed a mobile or static machine of the type HFZ. With this machine, we are in a position to produce a very fine output material.
The machines can be manufactured as requested by the customer.
Via a short infeed belt, the pre-crushed and metal-free feeding material is fed into the hopper and conveyed to the rotor. Subsequently, the material will be comminuted by the high-speed rotor with pendulum mounted hammers and an adjustable counter cutter.
The particle size is adjustable by means of bolted and quickly replaceable screens.
The finely processed material is used for incineration, pelletisation or briquetting.
