• Features: Contact angle is bigger than 90 deg., strong hydrophobic capability, high strength, hard wearing, good chemical resistance.

Distilling Process

• The membrane used in distilling should be hydrophobic and porous, to make sure the water cannot be permeate into the hole and the flux is high. Besides that, there should be enough mechanical strength, good thermal stability, chemical resistance and low heat conductivity
• Hydrophobic: bigger than 90 deg.
• Porous: Membrane porosity 65-80%
