The eddyvisor C is a sophisticated digital eddy current test instrument designed for the non-destructive testing of metal components. It employs ibg's innovative Preventive Multi-Filter Technology (PMFT) for detecting cracks, pores, grinder burn, and for assessing material properties like hardness, case depth, microstructure, tensile strength, heat treatment, or alloys using Preventive Multi-Frequency Technology. Its high-performance modular concept allows for up to 16 independent crack detection channels and 32 structure test channels configurations, offering comprehensive testing capabilities in a compact design. Unlike conventional systems, eddyvisor C enables simultaneous 100% inline detection of defects with its revolutionary auto-generated 360° tolerance zones, significantly improving defect detection accuracy. This instrument is also backward compatible with all probes and rotating heads from the ibg family, making it an ideal upgrade for existing systems.
