H2scan - Model HY-OPTIMA 5030 Series -In-line Hydrogen Process Analyzer
H2scan’s HY-OPTIMA 5000 Series analyzers utilizes H2scan’s Gen 5 technology to provide the most accurate, tolerant, and affordable hydrogen process gas measurement solution for industrial markets. The general purpose-rated analyzer uses a solid-state, non-consumable sensor for direct hydrogen measurement in process gas streams, with no cross sensitivity to other gases. Auto-calibration ensures the measurement stays within spec, even in dynamic conditions. Communication with the unit is via serial communication using Modbus RTU over RS485.
General Use Inline Hydrogen Process Analyzer
- Solid-state, non-consumable sensor
- No cross-sensitivity to other gases
- Automated calibration maintains measurement accuracy
The HY-OPTIMA models 5031, 5033, and 5034 analyzers are intended for use in dry gas streams where hydrogen is always present. The sensor can be safely exposed to hydrogen continuously. The model 5032 is for use in processes where hydrogen is occasionally or intermittently present, as may occur if there is a leak or an upset condition. The analyzers are CE approved for general use operation. H2scan’s HY-OPTIMA 5000 Series inline hydrogen process analyzer featuring auto-calibration is ideal for standalone use or OEM integration into existing analyzers. The sensors are used in gas streams where real-time, hydrogen-specific measurements can enhance process plant efficiencies, improve yields, reduce maintenance costs, and enable the hydrogen economy.
