2003 – Inciner8 was formed in 2003 by Vince Ferguson (Chairman).

The business concept was to provide affordable and environmentally friendly incineration solutions. The concept of the incinerators was a design that was easy to install in any remote location with minimal operator input and unsurpassed durability.

2006 - Company had already shipped to 35 countries.

The core beliefs of the company were to provide an excellent product and service with after sales and customer care at the forefront of our operation.

2008 – Started Supplying NGO’s, Governments & Military.

Established relationship with all of the worlds’ NGO’s and many governments across the globe. These customers come to INCINER8 because they know we always carry high levels of stock for immediate deployment.

2010 - Dedicated marketing team recruited

Although Inciner8 had an excellent web presence, much of its business was coming from customer recommendations, therefore proving that the company ethos was correct.

2012 - INCINER8 acquired an engineering company in Southport

This allowed the additional space needed to ensure production could meet demand. The business quickly grew with global demand and Engineering excellence was the key feature of the next stage of our growth and the fit to the business.

Awarded 1st Queens Award for Export

In recognition of the global demand of our incinerator range and the engineering excellence required to build them.

2015 - Major Suppler to NGOs during Ebola Outbreak

Within days of the outbreak, our machines were already en route to Liberia, Africa.

2016 -Awarded 2 Queens Awards for Export AND Innovation

One of only 3 companies across the UK who won 2 awards in one year.

2017 - More Innovation

The business had invested in people and had developed world leading products, including a small-scale waste to energy solution and solar incinerators, a brand new range of medical waste incinerators and the world’s first mobile human crematorium.

2018 -Launched Waste to Energy Solution

Inciner8 is active in 180 countries throughout the world. This has been recognised with three Queens Awards and many local and national business awards.

2021 - Acquired by Chiltern Capital

Chiltern takes a majority stake in the company and will play an active role in supporting the management team to build on Inciner8’s successful growth track record and develop additional revenue streams.
