Carrozzeria - Model AIS 3000/7000 -Industry - Multipurpose Fire Truck (Water / Foam)
Chassis: ASTRA HD9 66.44, 6x6, 400 Hp, manual mechanic gearbox 16 speed + 2 reverse - Heavy duty chassis - Clutch independent power take off for water pump and gear-box power take for foam pump drive, allowing independent operation.
Cabin: Standard ASTRA cabin, 2 doors - 3 seats - Air conditioning.
Water tank: 3`000 lt - Polypropylene (AISI 316L or GRP available as well)
Foam tank: 7`000 lt - Polypropylene (AISI 316L or GRP available as well)
Water pump: Single stage water pump mod. CHINETTI 1T-100/10 - 8`000 lpm @ 10 bar - Bronze case and impeller, stainless steel shaft.
Foam Pump: CHINETTI PSCH 600 - 500 lpm @ 16 bar - Bronze
Roof Monitor: CHINETTI MCM4 - 4`000 @ 10 bar, manually controlled from the top roof by hand wheel - 70m throwing distance - Optional remote controlled roof monitor (MCO5) with or without wireless control unit available on request.
Foam mixing system: "Balanced pressure type" with centralized foam injection system - Foam mixing ratio adjustable from 0 to 6%.
Hose Reel: No.1 - Ø1"1/4 x 40 m - electric&manual rewind - Water and foam service.
