• Pillow/ Cushion type lifting bags are used in making vehicles and work machines accessible for inspection, maintenance, repair, releasing trapped people in road and railway accidents, lifting heavy objects during natural disasters, immobilisation of stone blocks, removing stone blocks, assembling and relocating all kinds of pipelines.
• They are also commonly used for processes in the military.
• They are ideal for support as no point loads will be applied to sensitive surfaces, they can be placed under heavy loads close to the ground, or in areas that are difficult to access due to their small size.
• Their transport and handling are facilitated by handles. They are inflatable with different air sources like compressed air cylinders, pedal or hand pump for small models, internal industrial compressors are used for bigger models
• Approved standard type series are available in 12 sizes in lifting capacities from 1 to 76 tons and is designed for safe and controlled lifting of heavy objects
• Maximum working pressure is 8 bar, test pressure is 12 bar, and their thickness is 22 mm.
• Impact Pressures are over 32 bar
• This type of lifting bags can be produced with more or less working pressure according to customer needs and we have mine approval.
