Kit Cat® - Infrared Gas Catalytic Emitters
The Kit Cat® system provides a range of longwave RETRO FIT INFRARED gas catalytic emitters for rapid drying and curing of liquid finishes in a kit form, which allows easy and inexpensive retrofitting to existing finishing shops, tunnels and general manufacturing areas.
NB. For the Kit Cat® retro fit infrared systems, we use a range of gas catalytic emitter panels that carry full CE (EU) and ATEX (EU) certification for use in hazardous locations and ltd areas.

• Ideal for keeping operators warm!
• Converts electric/flamed gas/steam drying tunnels to a faster, cleaner, more efficient form of long wave 1R drying - horizontal and vertical systems.
• Reduces VOC`s through active catalytic filter material - `Catalytic Candyfloss®`
• When installed in spray shops spraying solvented material (ATEX certified units only), can be wall-mounted, needing no extra floor space or floor mounted on stands where space permits
• Can be controlled within hazardous locations (EXP system only) or remotely (outside hazardous location)
• Can be adjustable in angle, height and output
• Countdown auto switch-off timer, alarm system, beacons and automatic temperature controllers available as options
