Mr. Rajeev Toshniwal (Electronics Engineer from Delhi College of Engineering), Managing Director has over 40 years of Industrial Instrumentation & Automation experience. Mr Abhinav Toshniwal, BE (EEE) & M.Sc. Physics from BITS, Pilani & Post Graduate in Family Managed Business from SPJIMR joined the 4th generation in the family business joined the Company in 2010 as, adding youth power to the Management. TIPL owes its technological leadership to its 220+ workforce including Technicians, Engineers and Managers and has over 50% female strength in back office roles.

The Company`s Chairman Emeritus, Mrs. Manju Toshniwal, is prominent social worker who ensures the Company does it’s bit for the society through the Narayani Devi Govind Ram Toshniwal Charity Trust. She was conferred the 2021 “Margarette Golding Award” (A prestigious International Innerwheel Award for commendable personal service in the community).
