Intercept - Model WDT -Walk Around Ventilated Dowdraft Work Benches
The WDT-3500 Walk-Around, Downdraft Bench Portable Cartridge Dust Collector by ProVent is the ideal ventilated and filtered work station for hand tool applications that need room to maneuver. Large pieces can be laid accross the entire body of the machine. Downdraft ventilated work areas are availble on three sides of the unit.
Plus, the WDT-3500 uses 5" casters for complete portability. The machine can be repositioned slightly or completely moved to another area of your facility! Caster locks hold the unit firmly in place when needed.
An integral fan produces 3500 CFM (6000 cubic meters/hr) which converts to over 350 feet/minute capture velocity at the work deck.
Four (4) 26" long cartridge filters mount horizontally under the work deck. Filters are an 80/20 blend of polyester and cellulose for an efficiency of 99.8% down to 1/2 micron! Reverse pulse filter cleaning keeps them refreshed for repeated and uninterrupted use.
The machine is ready for use upon arrival. No connecting duct work is required. Just power it up and go to work! Great for operator morale and keeping dust off the finished product and out of your working environment!
