Intereco - Ultrafiltration Unit

Water coming from a frozen fish defrosting process is sent to a UF unit. Concentrate is all the organic part, while water and NaCl, permeate, are recycled. Besides volume reduction of waste, water recycling there is also the recovery of salt used in the process, which had to be added to tap water.
