Fabricated entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, this machine is designed for cleaning cheese wheels during the seasoning process. It features a trolley with stainless steel wheels and a closable lid, making it user-friendly and efficient. The system incorporates a continuous washing mechanism using a rotating brush and allows manual height adjustment of the working surface, which enables customized brushing according to cheese type. The device supports different brush hardness levels which can be effortlessly replaced without motor shaft disassembly. Key components include a washing tank with connections for clean and dirty water, a nylon brush, an electric motor running at 400 rpm, and a CE control panel encased in a wheeled support structure. Available with 3 brush hardness based on the type of cheese to be worked. The brushes can be replaced quickly and easily without dismantling the motor shaft.
