Pasteurizers & Cheese Production Units - Minidairies with Electric Heating
Inventa - Micro Pasteurizer and Yoghurt Fermenter
This micro pasteurizer operates using a bain-marie heating principle. It consists of an outer vat containing water that transmits the heat and an inner vat to hold the milk. Heating is achieved through an electrical resistance at the bottom of the outer vat. The cooling process involves running water through the outer vat. A thermostat with a timer allows the milk to reach and maintain the required temperature for up to 900 minutes. The device includes a double stainless steel vat, an electrical heater with a safety thermostat, a digital thermostat/timer, a cover with a milk thermometer, and cooling water inlet and outlet hoses. This equipment is suitable for pasteurizing milk and producing cheese, ricotta, and yogurt and can heat up to 94 °C.
Inventa - Mini Pasteurizer and Yoghurt Maker
The Mini Pasteurizer and Yoghurt Maker operates on the bain-marie heating principle, featuring both an external tank filled with water for heat transmission and an internal tank for the milk. Equipped with an electric heater positioned within the bain-marie jacket, the system can heat milk to temperatures up to 90°C and maintain it at the desired temperature indefinitely, utilizing a thermostat for precise control. Cooling is facilitated by directing flowing water through the bain-marie jacket. The device includes an analogue milk thermometer and a stirrer unit mounted on the lid. Optional features include external thermal insulation, increased discharge, and caster wheels with brakes. This appliance is designed for small-scale dairy processing, making it suitable for producing cheese, ricotta, and yogurt.
