Remon Waterbehandeling B.V.

Remon TriplexIon Exchanger

SHARE

If the operating and continuity is an issue, you will soon get to the domain of the triplex. With this system, it is flawlessly recorded how much water is consumed per bottle, when a bottle needs to be rinsed, and how much water is consumed in total, if no flushing takes place, all three bottles are in use, and during  rinsing, the capacity of 2 other bottles is always maintained. A Triplex ion exchanger is always equipped with dry-salt bed technology, and is also increasingly performed with air valve control through pic and touch screen control.

In today’s world of water purification, an ion exchanger is indispensable. For both the reduction of the lime content in tap water and the treatment of anaerobic spring water, an ion exchanger is an excellent option, depending on the choice criterion and the budget. Remon supplies ion exchangers of 1x 10 litres for the smallest civil application up to 3x 1000 litres for the larger industrial customers.

Of course, Remon’s ion exchangers can be used to soften tap water, for example for campsites, hotels and swimming pools, but also large groundwater detractions can be purified of iron, manganese and hardness with ion exchangers. In some cases, it is even possible to purify colour from the water.

Dry-salt bed technology

Remon’s smallest systems often use standard operating systems, but the larger systems (from 140 litre bottles) can be run with our now famous and praised online control with colour touch screen and also with the so-called dry-salt bed technology. This creates brine on the spot, making the flushing of the resin bed much more efficient and resulting in a lower salt consumption than conventional brine stock, with savings of up to 40%!

For the really large systems, Remon has developed its own valve control, which means that there is no longer central control on top of the bottles but a PLC control that takes entirely automatically care of the flushes of the resin bottles.
