ISS - Tank Liner
The Tank Liner can be used for several liquids like water, waste-water, sludge, manure and several other liquids. The capacity can be from 192M² up to max. 1.246M³. The linertank can be covered with a floating roof. If the liquid needs to be mixed, we can place several mixing systems.
Quality:
The linertank is made from galvanised prefab open steel frames. An foil liner will be placed inside the wall to store the liquid. This foil liner meets the needed requirements to store the liquids and they have the highest quality level. A floating roof is suitable to cover the linertank. It is made from PVC foil from at least 900 gr/m² or equal foil. (always a small opening between liner and floating roof) Extreme amount rainwater needs to be pumped off.
Installation:
- The linertank is placed in the ground for around 50cm and is standing on tiles (concrete floor is not needed). The prefab plates are connected with bolts.
- The liner will be placed over the edge of the tank wall. Several mixing options can be installed like the rotating spout.
- The floating roof will be placed at last.
Mix possibilities:
- Mixing opening in the floating cover.
- Rotating mixer spout in the middle of the linertank
Advantages:
- Price against traditional tanks very interesting
- No concrete floor needed
- Short building time
- Can also be installed on bad loading capacity ground
- Easy to move to another location
