The prefab digester steel tanks are calculated and offered according to one of the following standards: EN, AWWA D103-87, API, BS, etc. Tank type: prefab steel: Designed as cylindrical prefab steel tank bolted together from steel plates, bolts, nuts and washers. The sheets can be black steel, epoxy coated, glass coated or made from stainless steel. The digesters can be made up to a 8.000M³ capacity with a max. diameter of 22 meters. The working pressure are from design pressure -5 / + 50 mbar and working pressure of +30 mbar and design temperature of -20 C / +60 C.

Several liquids like water, waste-water, sludge, manure and several other liquids can be stored in the foil lagoon.The foil lagoon can have a capacity from 250M³ up to 15.000M³ and even more, and can be installed with or without a floating cover. If the liquid needs to be mixed, we can supply several mixing systems.The foil lagoon is a storage systems with many capacity and less investment.

The thermoplast tank can be used for several liquids like water, waste-water, sludge, manure and several other liquids. The capacity can be from 150M² up to max. 2.500M³. The Thermoplast tank is a prefab tank made from galvanised sheets with a liner and PVC tensioned roof. If the liquid needs to be mixed, we can place several mixing systems.

The Tank Liner can be used for several liquids like water, waste-water, sludge, manure and several other liquids. The capacity can be from 192M² up to max. 1.246M³. The linertank can be covered with a floating roof. If the liquid needs to be mixed, we can place several mixing systems.

The prefab concrete tank: Especially for the storage of water, sewage, rainwater, sludge, manure and slurry the prefab concrete storage tanks are very well usable. Storage capacity varies and concrete tanks have a varying wall height. All prefab concrete storage tanks can be carried out with a tensioned roof or some other type of cover, such for example, a biogas double membrane or a floating cover. For mixing ISS Tanks can place various mixing possibilities.

The ISS PVC tensioned roof is a perfect way to cover new and existing tanks. The PVC tensioned roof can be used to cover up round and even square concrete, prefab steel tanks like the glass coated/epoxy coated tanks and the stainless steel tanks. The dimensions from the tensioned roof are from very small 2,5 meters diameter up to the largest diameter of 60 meters, all depending on snow loads, wind speed and earth quake. The support from the roof can be made from stainless steel and/or hard wooden centre columns. Manholes’ can be placed from several dimensions for inspection or mixer openings.

Tank Liners are like bags who are placed inside a concrete or prefab steel tank. They are used to hold several liquids like water, waste-water, sludge, manure and several other liquids. When the liquids are very aggressive and would damage the tank wall, a liner can hold the liquid and avoid the damage. Also when the tank wall is already damaged, a liner can give the tank (after reparation) a longer lifetime. The capacity can be from very small to large and very low and high.
