JDV - Turbomixer
JDV Turbomixer is a staple mixing design, proven to be an efficient and long lasting design to: keep digesters well mixed (bottom to top), provide reduced VSS and high gas production. These large anaerobic bubble mixers are fabricated from stainless steel. Available design options include: Heating from within digester and high quality compressor options for gas delivery.
The JDVTurboMixer increases the volatile solids reduction of organic materials in the digester, producing effective levels of digester gas which can be used to fire water boilers, co-generators or other plant equipment.
Facilities employing the JDVTurboMixer will realize a reduction in overall costs associated with biosolids treatment and handling needs due to the increased material breakdown.The JDVTurboMixer provides discrete bubbles of uniform size and at uniform intervals for optimum efficiency of the anaerobic digestion process and with less power consumed when compared to other mixing systems.
The JDVTurboMixer is also great for water tanks, equalization basin/ anoxic tanks.
