The three-in-one wear-resistant ceramic wear liner (ceramic+rubber +steel plate) adopts a thermal vulcanization process to vulcanize the toughened ceramic in a steel mold equipped with special rubber. The three-in-one ceramic wear liner has incredible wear and impact resistance. It can be used in heavy wear industries such as sand and iron ore mining.

The three-in-one ceramic wear liner adopts a thermal vulcanization process, and the toughened ceramic is vulcanized in a steel mold equipped with special rubber with the countersunk bolts. This liner is a customized product and can be made into various shapes. Various thicknesses of the liner are selected according to the wear conditions to form a strong wear-resistant layer. The working temperature of this product is 50℃—100℃. 
 
The properties of each material for the ceramic wear liner complement each other to form an excellent wear&impact resistant layer, so it has incredible wear and impact resistance. It can be used in heavy-wear industries such as sand and mining of the high-impact areas.
