KNIK - Customized Bioreactor System for Fermentation
This customized bioreactor system is designed for biological fermentation manufacturing, catering to research, development, pilot, and production needs. With a working volume ranging from 1000 to 10000 liters, the system is constructed primarily from durable 316L stainless steel, complemented by 304 stainless steel components. It features a sophisticated control system using Siemens PLC, an industrial LCD touch computer, allowing parameter settings to be stored and remote connectivity through USB. The design supports an internal and interlayer pressure of 0.3Mpa, with superior polishing precision at Ra0.4-0.6 and a height-to-diameter ratio of 1:2.3. The apparatus includes an advanced mechanical seal stirring system, offering variable speeds between 70 to 1200 rpm. The bioreactor is equipped with autocontrol mechanisms for temperature, pH, DO, and pressure, utilizing high-quality components from Denmark, the U.S., and Switzerland for precise control. Manufacturing is based in China, supplying various fermentation equipment including stainless steel and glass fermentors.
