Its vessel capacity is 100 liters, with a working volume ranging between 70% to 75%, and crafted from stainless steel 316L, renowned for its durability and resistance to corrosion. The inner vessel surface is polished to a roughness average of ≤0.4 um, while the jacket has an external surface precision of ≤1.2 micron, built to withstand pressures of 0.1 to 0.35 Mpa. This system supports advanced sterilization via a steam-water separator integrated into the primary steam conduit, allowing for efficient sterilization protocols. The stirring mechanism employs an SEW AC motor with variable frequency control for speeds between 50 to 1000 rpm. Additionally, it features an intelligent PID control system for consistent pH and DO regulation, ensuring optimal conditions for the fermentation process.

The design supports an internal and interlayer pressure of 0.3Mpa, with superior polishing precision at Ra0.4-0.6 and a height-to-diameter ratio of 1:2.3. The apparatus includes an advanced mechanical seal stirring system, offering variable speeds between 70 to 1200 rpm. The bioreactor is equipped with autocontrol mechanisms for temperature, pH, DO, and pressure, utilizing high-quality components from Denmark, the U.S., and Switzerland for precise control.
