Komax - Model C1370 -Crimp Module for Fully Automatic Wire Processing Machine
The C1370 crimp module for fully automatic wire processing machines ensures low reject rates through the CFA+/CFA crimp force monitoring and high productivity thanks to short changeover times. The C1370 crimp module convinces with its high precision. The crimp height can be taught-in automatically and ensures high repetition accuracy. The range for automatic crimp height correction is between +0.2 and -0.8 mm. The module is up-to-date in terms of efficiency: An optimized cycle time of 220ms (depending on the setting) is possible. Wire cross-sections of 0.125 to 6 mm² can be crimped with high accuracy and a maximum crimp force of 22 kN. Production downtimes can be avoided through the CFA+/CFA crimp force monitoring. The clear operation on the touch display and HMI make the application simple and easy to understand.
Automatic crimp height adjustment
The crimp height can be taught in automatically and provides high repetition accuracy.
The CFA+ crimp force monitoring reduces waste, prevents unnecessary wear and saves costs. Statistical data also supports the evaluation of production.
Integrated LED lighting guides the operator through the crimp module and indicates focal points and hazards.
A new line can be retrieved directly via the central operator unit. The wire can then be precisely set up to the process position using four positioning buttons.
