The X1585 fluxing/tinning module applies tin to strand ends precisely, reliably and lead-free. A wide range of applications is covered thanks to various tin nozzles. With the X1585, high quality can be constantly ensured. Consistent process accuracy is ensured thanks to constant tin flow, smoothly variable pump speed, and precisely adjustable temperature. Easier cleaning and fast heating save time in production. The slag formation in the pump channel is low thanks to optimal fluidic properties. It can also be removed without additional tools. The tin nozzle can also be removed in operating mode for easy cleaning. The flux station is integrated to save space, and the collection container is also easily accessible integrated in any wire processing machine.
