Komax - Model X1592 -Sleeve Wire Processing Module
The X1592 sleeve module is HMI-ready and offers high flexibility and process stability. It can process over 70 different sleeve types on one module. The X1592 module is designed for sleeves commonly used on crimp sizes 2.8, 4.8 and 6.3 mm. Equipped with an HMI interface, the module can be integrated quickly and easily into an HMI-controlled production machine. The self-explanatory parameter setting requires just a few input values to ensure real-time production data and perfect process control via the software.

Over 70 different sleeve types can be processed on a single module thanks to a wide selection of application sets.
Fast and efficient sleeve placement as well as changing to another sleeve type within 15 minutes makes high productivity of the machine unit possible.
