Komax Rotar - Model 300 -Automatic Programmable Bench Taping Machines
The Rotar 300 programmable bench taping machines can tape wire harnesses with up to 10 branches. Intuitive programming makes it easy to use. Wire harnesses with up to two branches can be optimally produced with the operator-controlled taping machines from the Rotar 300 series. The individual process steps are visualized during processing, which makes production significantly easier.The unrestricted positioning of the linear system contributes to the flexibility. Individual positions can be approached as required. Furthermore, the Rotar 300 series meets the highest safety requirements and reduces downtimes. Depending on the configuration, the Rotar 300 series machines are available with open and closed winding heads.
Your customized Rotar
You can choose between seven basic variants, four winding tables, three tension variants, three clamping rings and seven options to configure your personal Rotar 300.
Programming the machine is intuitive and can be done either directly on the machine or at a remote workstation.
Processing tape rolls with a diameter of 220 mm reduces downtimes. The large winding head area also significantly reduces handling time.
Up to 25% material can be saved with the Rotar 300 compared to manual production. The robust feed systems ensure continuous overlapping.
The processor hood opens and closes automatically and detects handling errors. The right-justified winding head prevents the wire from being blocked.
