The LAB RESIN MIXER is the easiest way to mix small batches of viscous liquids that needs NO CLEANUP. Especially suited for small batches of messy resins, thick liquids. Just start mixing and walk away until mixed!

  • Easy Installation - just plug in the AC adapter.
  • Eliminate Cleanup! After use, throw away the cup and stir stick.
  • Easy to find replacement cups and sticks.
  • Consistent mixing -same speed every time.
  • No air bubbles.
  • Variable speed knob for different viscosites.1-60 RPM

The small batch epoxy resin mixer saves time wasted by hand mixing. It is simple to install and operate. Semi-automatic mixing with the resin mixer provides many advantages over hand mixing:

  • Eliminates variation due by always mixing at the same rate.
  • Gentle mixing does not incorporate air bubbles into your mixture.
  • Complete mixing assured because fatique, boredom and impatience of hand mixing is eliminated.

Operation is easy:

  1. Drop a cup with resin into the cup holder.
  2. Clip on a stir stick,
  3. Turn on using the speed knob.

Pays for itself by encouraging the mixing of small batches of material rather than wasteful large batches.

No Clean! After use simply throw the disposable cup and stir stick away.

Viscous materials. This was originally developed for Epoxy resins with viscosities around 20,000 cp.

Many uses: mixing epoxies, polyester resins, paints, slurries, pastes, soldermask. Ideal for research labs, QA labs, production plants and more.

Two cup sizes: 150 ml (5.5 oz) and 250 ml (9 oz). Note that the cups should not be more than 90% full as the resin forms a wave around the mixing stick during mixing. The minimum practical volume is about 20 ml for either cup size.

Comes complete with everything you need: resin mixing machine, a sleeve of cups, 50 wooden tongue depressors, and AC adapter. Foreign orders ship with an AC adapter with the appropriate plug pattern. (UK, Euro, or Australia/NZ)

Consumable parts are inexpensive and easy to find: wooden tongue depressors are the standard 6" length. (150 mm).
