Safe Sleeve (Ladder Style) is built to maintain an effective seal under operating conditions and is very easy to install: the plate is joined together in halves and then the fabric sleeve is wrapped around and attached to the plate with special hardware — a few nuts and bolts, a little gluing, and two people are on and off the roof in less than an hour.
