Euroglas - Model EUROLAMEX -Laminated Safety Glass
High-strength laminated glass with maximum active safety. EUROLAMEX laminated safety glass consists of two or more panes of glass with highly tear-resistant, viscoplastic intermediate layers of film. The structure and thickness of the elements are based on the requirements for the glass solution. By combining different types of glass and film layers, it is possible to achieve not only penetration, breakthrough, bullet and explosion resistance, but also safety properties such as crash and fall protection as well as accessibility. EUROLAMEX is available with transparent PVB film or matt film.
EUROLAMEX is resistant to light and ageing and binds glass splinters together in the event of breakage: It resembles a spider’s web with a narrower or wider mesh structure depending on the strength of the impact.

Beamsplitter glass is a popular design material for applications where a high level of light transmission is required and where a mirror effect is essential. The best-known example is the teleprompter, which reflects the text displayed by a monitor using a two-way mirror positioned in front of the camera lens. Thanks to the two-way mirror’s transparency, camera operation is not affected.
