Tarmac International designs and builds Sand Drying Plant Equipment based on rotary convection dryers. Both Frac Sand and general Construction Sand can be processed. Feed systems, co-current and counter current dryers, primary cyclones, baghouses, and control systems are built. Consulting Services, individual components, complete plants, used equipment, and turn-key installations are available.

Assumes 6% moisture by total weight, 350 Ft/Min Gas Velocity, 220 F Material Discharge Temperature, 100 lb/ft3, 500’ Elevation. Lower moisture levels will increase production, higher moistures will reduce production.
