AcousTech - Lightweight Acoustic Panel Systems
AcousTech Wall Products are decorative, lightweight acoustic panel systems for mounting to existing wall surfaces. These products achieve outstanding performance from their innovative design and construction, utilizing the newest advances in materials, CAD/CAM manufacturing, and acoustical technologies. AcousTech Wall Products provide maximum attenuation of reflected sound while diffusing returned low-level energy.
AcousTech Wall Products have many advanced features that provide fresh aesthetic appeal with higher levels of performance. Featuring acoustical substrates that are custom-formulated to AVL specifications using an advanced European process, AcousTech Walls provide appealing decorative looks and outstanding acoustical performance at an affordable price.
Core construction is of thermo-molded medium density fiberglass to dampen resonance, resist impact, and will not resonate, warp, or separate. Optional 1/8" special laminate (ATP 1.1, 1.6, 2.1) concealed under facing provides extreme impact resistance plus the added benefit of increased low frequency absorption. Finished products are supplied to sizes as specified, ready to install with supplied fasteners for easy mounting to existing substrates.
Fire Performance
Composite assemblies with standard finishes have achieved a Flame Spread Rating of less than 25 (Class A) per ASTM E 84.
