Flownamics Director - Liquid Handler
The Director Liquid Handler represents a significant advancement in bioprocessing and cell line development automation. This compact system allows for the simultaneous handling of up to 384 samples, reducing the need for manual intervention and enabling seamless integration with multiple analytical devices. The system collects all data from connected analytical equipment and automatically sends it to a control system or enterprise historian. It also features an auto dilution function to minimize manual errors when preparing samples for analyzers. The Director can aliquot samples from larger tubes or vials into microtiter plates or smaller vials, boosting efficiency and minimizing labor costs. Optional integrations include the Peltier+ module to keep samples chilled and a Raman Modeling Module for interfacing with various Raman platforms. The system's specifications are designed to be flexible to support various rack configurations and analytical device requirements, making it ideal for a wide range of bioprocessing applications.
The Director™ is the first of its kind Liquid Handler optimized for bioprocessing and cell line development. This system eliminates the need for a technician to prepare and load samples onto multiple analytical devices. It is a compact system that delivers an individual sample to multiple analytical devices. Up to 384 samples can be loaded at one time, or samples can be added as they become available. The Director captures all of the data from the various analytical devices and sends it automatically to a control system and/or an enterprise historian.
The Peltier+ can be installed onto the Director to keep samples chilled, ensuring sample integrity while awaiting processing.
To prevent manual dilution errors, the Director performs an auto dilution prior to sending samples to your cell analyzer, biochemistry analyzer, or other analytical device.
The Director can aliquot samples from a large tube or vial to microtiter plates or smaller vials. This reduces labor costs and frees up a scientist’s time for more meaningful tasks. Reagent addition will be available in 2023.
The Raman Modeling Module for the Director enables your preferred Raman platform to interface seamlessly with cell free and cell containing samples or other process fluids. This is an ideal solution for creating a Raman Model for any of your cultures or processes.
