Liquidtool - Model 01 -Sensor for Coolant Monitoring
The Liquidtool Sensor 01 is a critical component in Liquidtool's suite of monitoring solutions, designed for automatic and regular measurement of coolant concentration and temperature in metalworking operations. It integrates seamlessly with the Liquidtool Manager for real-time data analysis. The device supports the AutoPilot solution or can function independently as part of the Liquidtool Instructor package. Offering a plug-and-play installation with magnetic mounting, the sensor requires minimal maintenance due to its self-cleaning refractometer feature. With over-the-air updates, it remains current without manual interventions. It includes an NFC token for easy data access, hoses for fluid intake and outlet, and various digital and serial port options. The sensor is equipped with IP44-rated enclosure and supports operation within a wide environmental range. The setup necessitates a smartphone or tablet for registration and a functional internet connection for data transmission.
The Liquidtool Sensor 01 is a key product of all Liquidtool solutions. It regularly and automatically measures concentration and temperature of your metalworking fluid. The measurement data is then sent to the Liquidtool Manager, where it will be analyzed in real-time.
The Sensor, together with the Liquidtool Extender, is an important part of the AutoPilot solution. However, it is available as a separate monitoring solution called Liquidtool Instructor.
Installation
Installation is quick and easy.
Thanks to the magnets, you can put the Sensor 01 close to your coolant sump and then follow the steps to mount it properly.
All you have to provide is a working internet connection (WLAN or LAN) and a power socket. For the registration of the Sensor, a smartphone or tablet with bluetooth is necessary.
Low maintenance
Always up to date.
The Liquidtool Sensor 01 is a self-monitoring system and does not require any maintenance. If a problem occurs, the sensor automatically sends you a notification, including hints on how to solve the problem. The sensor receives updates “over-the-air.” Therefore, it is always up to date without you having to intervene.

What is the NFC token?
Thanks to the included token, you can see your respective machine’s data on a smartphone in seconds. If you place the token at the machine’s front, you can access the data while passing by. You will now save yourself a trip to the coolant tank by checking the condition quickly and efficiently.
