Scientific Dust Collectors - Model LP -Low Pressure Vertical Cartridge Dust Collector
Scientific Dust Collectors` Low Pressure (LP) Vertical Cartridge Collector is economically designed for low volume and low static pressure (less than 10` SP). The LP employs the patented supersonic nozzle-based cleaning system, a generously sized access door, and filter removal using a spring-loaded handle, NO TOOLS REQUIRED! The LP Series Cartridge collectors are manufactured using 12-gauge steel, which eliminates `oil canning` and is heavier than competitor units. This series of cartridge collectors is available with top and side mounted fans. Hopper discharge alternatives are drawers, 55-gallon drums, rotary air locks, or 5-gallon pail.
The LP collector is an economical low pressure cartridge collector with all the quality design features you have come to expect from SDC. The unit is fully welded, includes SDC’s patented nozzle-based cleaning system and has a generous access door. Cartridges are secured without the need of tools via a simple latch and threaded spring-loaded handle to assure proper sealing and guaranteed to provide a no leak seal between the tube sheet and the cartridge. All LP collectors are on-line self cleaning units with a solid state timer board for the cleaning system. For flows up to 3,000 cfm.
