The BLACKCOMB 4.1 is a robust UV water treatment system tailored for residential applications, focusing on simplicity and operational ease. Constructed with durable 304 stainless steel, it meets ASME pressure vessel standards, allowing for convenient lamp replacement without draining the reactor chamber. The assembly features a bayonet-style lamp connector, ensuring lamp changes can be made without tools. Equipped with low-pressure coated UV lamps, the system maintains consistent output over a 9,000-hour lifespan. The BLACKCOMB controller, housed in a splash-proof case, includes a constant current electronic power source with audio and visual lamp failure indicators. Rugged 304 stainless steel, single-end reactors, designed & manufactured to ASME pressure vessel standards allow for easy lamp change without the need to drain the reactor chamber as in competitive systems. A bayonet style lamp connector allows for easy lamp change without the need for additional tools. Low pressure (LP) coated UV lamps are used offering a consistent output over their 9,000 hour rated life.
The BLACKCOMB controller houses a constant current electronic power source with both audible and visual lamp failure indicators all in a splash-proof case.
Flow rates of 10, 20, 40, 57 & 80 lpm (3, 6, 10, 15 & 20 gpm), in both 120V or 230V applications, are offered in the BLACKCOMB 4.1 series of products.
