Idemag - Magnetic Drum
The drive will be appropriate to the weight of the unit and can be optionally equipped with a frequency inverter. Replacing the geared motor is quick and easy, we always use leading brands that adapt to market standards. The magnets are placed in an internal circuit, around a ferrous support, protected by an external stainless steel jacket.
This protection, which can be of different thicknesses, gives these equipments a physical hardness that makes them ideal for products with large granulometry. The magnets to be used, which are chosen after studying the product to be treated, can be ferrite or neodymium and within these, in several different grades.
The inner part where the magnets are located, which occupy approximately 65% of the total circumference of the drum, remains static. The outer part rotates to drag the iron element towards the enabled container.
