DILO Mega - Model L400R/L600R01/02 -Maintenance Units for Large and Extra Large Gas Compartments
These maintenance units are our most powerful devices and guarantee quick maintenance of gas compartments. Thanks to the state-of-the art control all functions run automatically and are displayed on a 10" multi-touch screen. A new software with intuitive user navigation makes operation very easy and comfortable. This service cart can optionally be operated via smartphone, tablet or laptop.
Emission-free gas handling was also the requirement when designing this series. SF 6 gas can be extracted up to a final vacuum of <1 mbar. And by using gas-tight couplings and connections, emissions have absolutely no chance! Short suction and evacuation times are ensured by installing a coupling with a larger cross-section DN40.
All devices are optionally available with a second set of DN20 and DN40 connection couplings. This means that two work processes can run simultaneously. It is possible to evacuate air from a gas space and fill another gas space with SF 6 gas in parallel or to extract the gas from it. Multitasking in practice.
