Manhole Odour Filter

Odours emissions are often detected in and around ground level manholes. McBerns has designed a Under Manhole Odour Filter. It comprises a simple yet innovative design that is fast and easy to install. Just clean the manhole rim of debris and slip filter casing into place, then lower MC300 McBerns media cartridge over the opening, place cover back on the manhole. Designed to be used under manhole covers in roads, pathways, parks or where odors are a problem. For use on manholes where an above ground filter would not be suitable. Incorporated in the design is an drainage wick which allows water to drain away after rain events. Water ingress does not effect the filter`s performance. Constructed with Stainless Steel, coated with a anti-corrosion polymer to withstand the highly corrosive environment where they are installed.
