E R Technical services are happy to assist our customers with all aspects of Manhole Repair. Infiltration Sealing - Leak Box / Water Stop Mortar / Soft Elastic Sealing Gel. The LeakBox system involves injecting MC Injekt 2033 expanding polyurethane resin into the area surrounding the leak using a specially designed injection pump. As the resin comes into contact with the water it expands rapidly, stopping the leak in minutes. Reprofiling - for Missing Bricks / Holes / Chemical Attack. Using Polymer-Modified sealing slurrys. Chemical Resistant Coating - High Resistance Epoxy Coating (brush applied) or Polymer/ Silicate Spray Coatings.
