Pipe line insertions plugs consists of outer face made of high quality nitrile rubber encased in a 100% polyester fabric cover. Pneumatic plug used to gas pipelines. It is easy and safe to install and use with high efficiency and safety. The natural rubber is used as main material to provide high elasticity and high resistance.

Application
Special design for Manhole testing.

Inflatable rubber pipe plugs are used during maintenance or new production of pipe systems. They are used for pipe sealing and sewer sealing, as well as concrete water pipe testing, pipeline joint testing, leak pressure testing, and general pipe maintenance. Two of the challenges in pneumatic pipe plug design are to increase the working pressure and to design a rubber pipe plug that can be applied in a wide range of pipe diameters.

Model designation is Manhole Test Plugs (MTP). Used for manhole leakage test easily for testing tightness of such manholes, PLUGCO offers a special plug distinguished for simple handling.

Manhole Test Plug is relatively short and light, equipped with three eyelet bolts for simple vertical positioning of a plug during insertion procedure.
