PICVISA - Model Ecopack -Materials Optical Sorter
The ECOPACK optical sorter allows the automatic classification and separation of various types of materials, by composition (NIR), colour (VIS) and/or shape (deep learning). Thanks to the flexibility of the multispectral vision, ECOPACK can be configured to make quick changes in the classification of new materials to be separated that may arise in the inlet treatment flow. The ECOPACK models are designed to work on acceleration belts from 1000 mm to 3000 mm with different separation options (Double Bar or MultiTrack) according to the customer’s needs.

It allows to separate up to three different material streams with the same conveyor belt
AUTOMATIC BLOWING BAR POSITIONER
Optional kit to automatically separate the lower blowing bar from the conveyor belt. This allows easy belt maintenance and avoids pneumatic valve problems

Artificial intelligence optional
The solution, based on artificial intelligence, allows you to choose between 6 different applications, each one focused on solving a different problem. It can be added to any sorter which has already been supplied by PICVISA and can also be included from the start to any new order. Thanks to this solution, PICVISA can offer better yields and purities to its customers.
