Maxflow - Model CS 1000-503 -Automatic Backwash Filter with Integrated Briquetting

The Maxflow Compactsystem CS 1000-503 is an automatic filter system with integrated briquetting for the filtration of cooling lubricants. With this system, oils and water-based cooling lubricants can be filtered down to a separating limit of ≥ 5 µm using cake filtration. Filtration is performed without adding filtration aids. The grinding swarf that is held back can be automatically discharged as no-drip swarf briquettes via a backwash treatment and an integrated pressing unit. Efficient filtration of the cooling lubricant is essential for fulfilling the strict requirements of grinding applications in terms of quality and process reliability.
