In addition to the EtherCAT (master) interface fieldbus, the all-in-one motherboard offers other Ethernet, RS232, and USB interfaces.
Other optional fieldbus interfaces ( Dual-CAN Master / Slave, Profinet-Slave, Ethernet / IP-Slave, EtherCAT-Slave) allow connection to higher-level controls and open the door to other application possibilities. The number of interfaces mentioned depends on the design and the slots.
