Mission

Our corporate mission is to provide all the solutions required in a process line where product is collected from a production unit and conveyed it until it is finally stored in dedicated containers. Our work and experience in the plastics industry, but also the food production, packaging, medical and metal-working sectors, have helped us to develop a “Made in Italy” philosophy focused on the creation of made-to-measure solutions, machines and systems: “No single conveyor can comply with every customer’s requirements, but every requirement needs a dedicated conveyor” This is our motto and we try to put it into practice every day with our well-designed, quality products.

Technology And Quality

Thanks to many years of experience in mechanical and industrial sectors, we have acquired extensive knowledge of the materials and processes involved and are able to perform most of the design engineering, production and assembly operations ourselves. Thus MB is able to offer its customers high quality, efficient, cutting-edge products studied down to the smallest detail.

Carefully chosen suppliers plus in-house business, technical and logistics backup ensure that the production process is supervised at every stage.

Innovation

MB has always dealt with a challenging market. A rapidly evolving one with extremely specific requirements but with budget constraints and increasingly urgent lead times. This is why the company has adopted a business model based on constant product development-oriented research in an endeavour to analyze critical factors and anticipate possible future scenarios, thereby creating solutions and meeting customer requirements in a timely manner.

Team

Over fifty employees including office staff, design engineers and workers in the conveyor production and shipment departments. Each team member is an added value, one that enhances the know-how and technical abilities of MB in a new way by continually re-energizing the corporate processes. A team that assigns priority to customer requirements as the focus of its work.

Along with capability, cordiality and professionalism, the expertise developed over time is a constant element of the proposals that MB has been offering for over 30 years.

Green Deal: A New Philosophy

2020 represented a turning point in MB Conveyors’ production approach.

We decided to invest in the product with a series of technical improvements and strategic innovations, keeping an eye to environmental sustainability in the frame of what we have called a “Green Deal”:

A drive unit reconfiguration that ensures reliability and worldwide assistance, but also improves performances and reduces energy consumption by 33%.
Our new aluminum housings, more resistant and durable, better disperse static charges and help cutting down plastic waste production
MB Switch and MB Switch Duo with electronic current limiter and M12 metal connectors improve motor protection, durability and wiring quality
New belt specifications ensure a significant extension of the product life, with consequent reduction of environmental impact

We are convinced that a special attention to green targets represents an essential challenge for all companies looking to the future, also and especially in the plastics industry.
